Computer files for at least one dozen flyers with drawings that print
from any Wintel machine and many other machines. If you distribute
these to referral sources (such as attorneys, real estate agents, etc.)
they probably won't get much immediate business for you. However,
flyers will keep your name alive in their minds, ready to give you a
call when their current favorite inspectors sin (don't worry--you won't
have to wait long for that to happen). And if you also print your face
on the cover, they'll probably recognize you when you walk into their
office asking for permission to give a seminar, or when they happen to
see you doing an inspection. Cost: $20 (available free with some bundles
