Homexam Inspection Video #4

This is a video of an interesting fee-paid inspection. The rural house probably was built in the 1930s and had problems with foundation, exterior, roof, an astonishing plumbing problem, numerous electrical problems - some obvious and some subtle - etc. After editing out the boring parts, the movie running time is about 2 hours, with commentary, including numerous screen capture videos that show how to create a report of this inspection by using Homexam's free EZguide reporting software (you can download it from Homexam.com). The movie was edited in April, 2006.
You can see a sample of this movie here. The movie on this CD is not included in any other Homexam training package and is intended to serve as a supplement by those who have studied Homexam training materials. It is especially useful for those who have Homexam's User-Friendly Home textbook, for they'll be able to read the text that is relevant to the issues discusson in the movie. But this movie also is intended for those who are considering home inspections as a profession.
Purchasers of this movie are permitted to buy the CD version of The User-Friendly Home for only $15, with no additional shipping charge if you notify us by e-mail at the time of purchase (you can pay by using the "donation" button on the Homeowner's page of Homexam.com). The book was last edited in 2005.

International shipping will incur additional shipping fees - please inquire by e-mail.
